RENTAL RETURNS - FALL 2021 MISSED DEADLINE
Students with rental books that were not returned by the fall term deadline should contact Nebraska Book Company at: email@example.com or at 855-558-2759.
The fall deadline was 12/21/21 and all of the collected books have already been shipped out.
STORE LOBBY PICK UP HOURS - WINTER 2022 - M-F, 9 A.M. - 4 P.M. -CLOSED 1/17
Store Pickup customers should wait until they receive email notification that their order is ready for pick up. Orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed based on the volume of orders received.
Orders can be picked up from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Friday in the store's lobby. Order pick up will not be available on Monday, Jan. 17th, as the college is closed due to the holiday.
Store Pickup customers should use the North entrance to the college and park in Parking Lot #3 near the College Store. Customers will be asked to call 313-317-6585 when they arrive.
We will need the order number and customer name.
Customers will proceed to the front entrance of the College Store (Bldg. C) and line up on the sidewalk in front of the store staying 6' apart from others to ensure social distancing. Masks are required.
IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION - CREDIT CARD REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS
Even if your order is being paid with financial aid, all rentals require credit card information to be obtained to guarantee the return of the rental book at the end of the semester. The credit card is ONLY charged if the book is not returned by the due date on the rental sticker.
WINTER SEMESTER 2022 - PURCHASE ONLINE ONLY
Winter term textbooks can be purchased online with credit cards and financial aid. The College Store is closed to in-store shopping due to the ongoing pandemic.
Financial aid and sponsorship purchases for Winter 2022 materials started on Dec. 13, 2021.
Financial aid recipients: Please check the Self-Service link for students on the HFC website for aid availability before placing an order.
